NASA’s SpaceX Crew-4 mission launches successfully. SpaceX’s Dragon docks with International Space Station.

The Facts
On April 27th, NASA’s SpaceX Crew-4 mission successfully launched from the Kennedy Space Center, carrying the fourth commercial crew rotation mission aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket propelled the Dragon spacecraft into orbit, the latter later successfully docking with the ISS at 7:37 PM ET.
Crew-4 comprises NASA astronauts Kjell Lindgren (mission commander), Bob Hines (pilot), Jessica Watkins (mission specialist), and European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti (mission specialist).
NASA stated, “The crew will conduct a science expedition in microgravity aboard the space station.”
According to SpaceX, the Dragon spacecraft and Crew-4 astronauts will return to Earth “no earlier than September 2022.”
