Shanghai Disneyland closed. Covid surge continues in China.

Where: Shanghai, China

The Facts

Following a surge in Covid cases in the country, China has moved to shut down the Disney resort in Shanghai.
The resort announced, “Due to the current pandemic situation, Shanghai Disney Resort, including Shanghai Disneyland, Disneytown and Wishing Star Park will be temporarily closed from Monday, March 21, 2022.”
