Trucker protests against COVID-19 mandates continue to paralyze the Canadian capital of Ottawa while threatening chaos in America too.

On Tuesday, the Ottawa Police Service stated they had opened dozens of investigations into allegations of hate crimes, property damage, and theft.

Toyota and Ford cut production as protesters blocked a US-Canada border crossing, the Ambassador Bridge, a critical link for the auto industry.

The Ambassador Bridge was shut for a fourth day on Thursday, hurting supply chains between Detroit, Michigan, and Windsor, Ontario.

The US Department of Homeland Security warned that a convoy of truckers could hit the Super Bowl on Sunday the 13th of February in Los Angeles.
