Prince Charles infected with coronavirus for the second time

The Facts

Prince Charles has been reinfected with Covid-19, having first tested positive for the virus in March 2020.

Clarence House stated, “This morning, The Prince of Wales has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now self-isolating.”

House commented further, adding, “HRH is deeply disappointed not to be able to attend today’s events in Winchester and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible.”

Prince Charles recently met his mother, Queen Elizabeth – but she does not appear to be showing any Covid symptoms.

Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, had also tested positive for Covid in April 2020.
